Under Finnish and European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order and return products within 14 days of receiving them, without giving any reason. This is known as the cooling-off period or right of withdrawal. This right applies to distance sales, including online purchases.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to return the product by a clear statement. You can contact us by phone, email, or mail using the contact information provided at the end of this policy. We recommend using a trackable delivery service to return products to ensure they reach us safely.
The 14-day return period begins on the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods. If you have ordered multiple items in one order and they are delivered separately, the return period begins on the day you receive the last item.
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:
Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving them. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Products must not show any signs of use, wear, or damage. All accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product must be included in the return.
Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, or because of their nature. These include opened or used art materials such as paints, inks, or adhesives that have been unsealed, custom-made or personalized items that were specifically created for you, and perishable goods or items that deteriorate quickly.
If you return a product that does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to deduct a proportionate amount from your refund to account for the diminished value of the product.
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us of your intention to return the product. You can reach us by phone at +358 9 1211 or by email at managers@zlaxyronfriz.world. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product, including the return address. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Send the product to the address we provide. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return is processed.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed according to the terms outlined in the Refunds section below.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
The refund will include the price you paid for the product, including the standard delivery costs for sending the item to you. However, if you chose an expedited or premium delivery method, we will only refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us unless the product is defective or we made an error.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product and verified that it meets the return conditions, or until you have provided proof that you have sent the product back, whichever is earliest. If the returned product is not in its original condition or shows signs of use, we may reduce the refund amount proportionately.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
To report a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide a detailed description of the defect or damage, along with photographs if possible. We may ask you to return the product for inspection before issuing a refund or replacement.
Your statutory rights under Finnish and European Union consumer protection laws are not affected by this policy. If a product is defective, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under applicable consumer protection laws, in addition to the rights provided in this Return Policy.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, you must return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the correct product as quickly as possible and allows us to process your request efficiently.
If you received a defective or incorrect product and need a replacement, please contact us, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost once we receive the returned item.
Workshop registrations are subject to different cancellation terms than product purchases. If you need to cancel your workshop registration, please contact us as soon as possible. The refund you receive will depend on when you cancel:
If you cancel more than 14 days before the workshop date, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the workshop date, you will receive a 50 percent refund of the registration fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before the workshop date, no refund will be provided.
In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or emergency, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation. If we cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other reasons, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
Workshop registrations are non-transferable unless we approve the transfer in advance. If you cannot attend a workshop, you may request to transfer your registration to another person or to a future workshop date, subject to availability and our approval.
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or practical reasons. These include:
Opened or used art materials such as paints, inks, markers, adhesives, or other consumable supplies that have been unsealed or used. Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items that were specifically created according to your specifications. Gift cards or vouchers. Downloadable digital products or online content. Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning products, unless the product is defective, damaged, or we made an error in your order. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless we are responsible for the return.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
If you have not received your refund within the timeframe specified in this policy, please take the following steps:
Check your bank account or credit card statement again, as it may take some time for your financial institution to process the refund. Contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be a processing delay before the refund is officially posted. If you are returning a product from outside Finland, please note that international return shipping may take longer and may be subject to customs duties or taxes. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs fees or import duties. We recommend using a trackable international shipping service.
Refunds for international orders will be processed in the same manner as domestic orders, but please allow additional time for the returned product to reach us and for your financial institution to process the international refund.
